Free shipping from UGX 150,000

Standard shipping is free for orders with a product subtotal of UGX 150,000 or more after discounts. Orders below UGX 150,000 may have a delivery charge based on the destination and available delivery service. The applicable charge is shown or confirmed before the order is fulfilled.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Uganda. Delivery to Kenya and other international destinations may be arranged where a suitable service is available. International delivery charges, delivery estimates, customs duties, and import taxes are confirmed separately before fulfilment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Available products are prepared for dispatch after the order and delivery details have been confirmed. Because our products are handcrafted and delivery times vary by destination, we provide or confirm the estimated dispatch and delivery timing with the order.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, customs processing, or an incomplete address can cause delays outside our control. We will communicate material delays when we become aware of them.

Delivery information

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number. The customer may be responsible for an additional delivery attempt if an order cannot be delivered because the supplied address or contact information is incorrect, or no one is available to receive the order.

Check the package when it arrives. If it appears damaged, or the contents are incorrect, contact us promptly and keep the packaging while we review the issue.
