Google Sign-In Data

If you choose to sign in or create an account with Google, we request the basic Google permissions openid, email, and profile.

We use this Google data to verify your identity, create or sign you in to your Ddala customer account, link your Google account to your Ddala account, and prefill basic account details such as your email address and name.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide sign-in, account access, security, or as required by law.

How We Use Information

We use your information to process orders, manage carts and wishlists, arrange delivery, send order confirmations and updates, provide account access, respond to support requests, improve storefront functionality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send Ddala updates and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments

When you choose online payment, payment processing is handled by Pesapal. We send payment and order details needed to create and verify the payment, such as your order amount, order reference, name, email address, and phone number.

We do not store your full card number or online payment credentials on the Ddala African Works website.
